Why is Sonar so difficult to set up? When I use the headset everything is fine. But when i change to my soundbar, background music gets deleted on youtube and the audio becomes really messy. Have to restart my pc after every setting change i make

Are you trying to play it through your tv? Goto your settings and you can add a blacklist for audio sources to not add. Its based off windows defaults

i have a apex pro tkl 2023 and its pressing buttons by itself i never hit it or nothing. its doing /aq/aq/ and i uninstalled drivers which fixed for 10 minutes then did it again. before uninstalling drivers it was other buttons but now its fucked. i damaged it already ages ago but it seems to be a problem for other people to. i checked reddit how do i fix it or whats causing it? its £200 i’ll never get back. it worked perfect on another pc too

I'm playing a new game, not recognised by SteelSeries moments, I added the game to the list (finding the EXE) but it still won't capture it. I play all my games on my second monitor and when I use desktop capture it only clips the first monitor. Any ideas?

I haven't tried it but I would imagine that desktop capture will capture which ever screen is set to be your main screen, so you can try and choose the other one as your main in Windows

Hi guys, my arctis 7 suddenly stopped my microphone from working. I downloaded the driver for the headset to activate the 7.1 surround sound and activated sonar, and now my microphone cant detect any sound at all. I tried turning sonar off, restarted the pc, check all the mic input devices settings tested every one of them and nothing. Even the mic live preview is not picking up anything. And before you ask. no it is not muted to begin with.

Had an arctis 7 pro wired and the mic stopped working, tried everything I could to fix it: troubleshooting, reinstalling software, windows updates, sound settings... the lot. Thought it must be hardware so bought a brand new Arctis Nova Pro wired. Set it all up following the instructions, set it to default input and output on all apps, reinstalled software and downloaded firmware updates. Audio works but mic still not picking up.

Any ideas on a fix support is useless?
