You can disable Sonar in settings if you don't want to use it. If you do want to use it, make sure you have the Sonar Mic selected as your mic in Windows (and discord etc) and that your mic is chosen as the input inside of Sonar

looking for a plug and play setting for a brand new set of Arctic Pros WIreless that i just picked up for a great deal. I'm coming from the Astro A50. I loved the headset, but it was not comfortable. Thats why i picked this up. I've played multiple games with the Arctic Pros and many things are not sounding great. Voice chat seems to work well, but the quality and other sounds seemed muffled or really distored. Are there any presets that are great for gaming or something i can do to reset the Sonar to not pick up on my settings. I had a buddy who told me to go into Sonar and he told me what to click. I dont know how to reset it, but now in WIndow Settings there are 20 different selections on what to pick for audio options and I have no clue what to choose. It used to show just the headset alone. I also cant hear my voice through the mic anymore. I feel like im screaming in normal conversations while the A50s provided very small audio of my voice to prevent this. Thank you for the help. I love the headset, but i just dont know how to set it up properly I guess. I have Steel Series products for my mouse and keyboard for years.

Hey guys so I have a Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset, but my PC doesnt seem to know it has a microphone, there is no mic under sounds or device manager at all.

I tested my partners desktop Blue Snowball and that works just fine but my computer only detects the headphone portion of the Nova Pro Wireless.

In order for apps to output to the other devices in Sonar, you'll need to route the apps to the specified device. Routing can be done in one of two ways:

1. Use the routing drag and drop interface underneath the audio outputs to simply move any apps playing sounds to the required output

2. Open the Windows sound device by going to Settings > Sound > App Volume and Device Preferences. From this settings menu you can use the dropdown to route any app.

If you are having issues with routing not working or apps moving back to another device after dragging them, you may need to check the app itself for any sound output settings. Some apps like Discord, Spotify, and Apple Music may need to have their outputs changed within their app settings rather than done through Sonar.

Great sound, mic isn't amazing but like it's a 50-60$ headset, the mic is amazing for that price when you factor in the sound quality.

My Audio in my Headset in Gameplay is fine but if i go to watch a video or anything else the Audio in my Headset and on my Arena 7 Speakers is like not ever 1/4 volume you can barley hear it. everything is turned completely up the volume on my pc my keyboard speakers everything. my Apex Pro TKL Wireless keyboard has its actuation distance to 0.1mm according to the software and keyboard, but isnt as sensitive as the product suggests. It was before, but then later when i tried to use it, it started to do this, even after factory reseting the keyboard and reinstalling the software.

sometimes it works, but only on some keys, however in the software it says all keys are 0.1mm with rapid trigger
