Hello , Just purchased my 1st SteelSeries headset after my Audio-Technica headset died (R.I.P. 2009-2022). Configuring the sound was a headache, but once I figured it out, I am really happy with my purchase. 🎧 I mainly play Overwatch as a main tank, and dabble in ARK: Survival Evolved, Stardew Valley, Shelter, and Don't Starve.

While that wont face my day or mood im moving on and introducing myself. Im 41 years old have been playing on nintendo 8 bit without a headset ofcourse and whent from tape to floppy cd dvd streaming. I changed brands after a bad expiriance with the other manufacturers product. And theire handling of it. Im excited to help even if its a drop in the ocean on a better functioning and more pleasant expiriance for new users in the future and enrich your product and okay okay my fun to as i dont do annything else then game.

I played a lot of COD i wasnt the evarage joe but not tha Korean either, somewhere in the middle. After playing from MW the first one untill mids Warzone, when the big entertaining cross play came online and i went from hero to zero because of people cheating. And we all now that it was maybe still is, a HUGE problem and took my joy. And found it in Destiny 2. I know they all cheat and have wall hacks and etc because they are programmed. Admitted there are a few hick ups here and there but if you do get in a bad position at least its your own fault and aproach it difrently the next time I try it.

Mentioning Warzone there, and that was the biggest thing that on a wink of an eye lash i almost brought back the Steelseries 1 Wireles headset. Because i could beter hear it from my TV then through my headset. Luckely i found out there was an PC app for it and because i play on concole now have to yank out the USB-C dongle and connect it to the pc and back sometimes several times a day. Because what a diffrense it can make be able to tweak the EQ how minimal it might be at least in my case. I readed youre guys experiment and it got me eager to help out where i can. I found and tweaked some sound sets allready. I dont know where and why you where hiding this for such a long time.

Looking forward on all the messages i will get and @ocean grove be nice, just try it. It might be fun.

hello, am owner of a Steelseries RIVAL 100, QcK and more recently a Steelseries Prime
RIVAL 100 and QcK were my first 'gaming' peripherals. The RIVAL has been given away to my friend, and the QcK serves as a mousing surface for my mum's setup.
The Steelseries Prime is currently my main mouse, very comfy for work and capable during play. A paracord made it better to minimize cable drag, and I'm awaiting on a pair of Tiger Ice mouse feet, to hopefully make this mouse my endgame (hopefully.)

hello everyone! My name is Skyler but feel free to call me Storm if you would like. I just bought the Artis 1 wireless for my new gaming laptop, I used to play only console and astros were my go to brand but after using these steelseries I can say that this $100 headset is comparable to the Astro A50 AND no wires (I hate wires 😂 ). I am struggling with the sonar eq, only because astros command center had downloadable eqs. But as far as sound quality, mic quality, and battery life the artis 1 is just as good if not better than my $200 astro A50 (3rd gen). I think I might be becoming a steelseries man!!😂

Long time customer, I was in the Titan group before leaving the server (two times) because of issues with my Discord account (unfortunately my mail was victim of an unfortunate event with the PlayStation website and someone made damage with my linked accounts).
I currently own a Prime Wireless, a Sensei Ten, TUSQ earphones. I sold my old Rival 600 and 650 and my Apex Pro after moving to a custom-built keyboard (nothing too fancy though, it would be great to see some offerings from SteelSeries in this space).

I also own a pair of Arctis 9X, looking forward to a USB-C refresh, and Arctis Pros for my PC!

Looking forward to the next wave of products! 😄

I am a gamer. I use the Arctis Pro headset for listening to game audio, listening to music, communicating with people online, and music recording. I like the volume limiter it has, because if my headset didn't have that feature, I would use higher volume and possibly damage my hearing. I like the headset's features and am satisfied with not using an 1/8 inch jack to connect to my computer. I enjoy the rgb lighting a lot.

hey everyone, so i have a wired sonar headset and my pc never detects it as a mic. on the steelseries gg the only microphone options i have for it are the stock microphone for my laptop. ive tried digging into settings and everything ive thought hasnt worked. i know the mic works because it registers perfectly on my xbox. thx in advance for any help

Sonar will not damage your headset, unless you have the volume turned up excessively loud with boost and blow out the headset, but that goes with headsets in general
