Hello, I have a keyboard (apex pro tkl 2023). Just recently, today, it started pressing buttons itself. Quite intensivly. If i turn off rapid trigger, it remove button spamming but inputs still sometimes happen. I done some reinstalling software, drivers. Also changed USB port that keyboard was plugged, and weirdly it helped, now I have rappid trigger ON, and it doesnt spam anymore for now. So at least I know its not physical damage, but rather software. Problem is still there, sometimes it automacily inputs some buttons. Could it possibly be a windows update that could cause it? Or any other ideas?

You're probably using a combo jack in a dual jack port.

Analog audio devices are headsets/speakers that use the 3.5mm headphone jack as the primary way to connect to the PC or console.

Please note that analog headsets use your on-board audio drivers to run the headset. Due to this, analog headsets are not compatible with SteelSeries Engine and will not show up on the device list in GG.

If you are having audio issues, here's a few steps to try:

• Reseat all cable connections to verify they are fully plugged in. The 3.5mm connection will require that the cable be plugged in fully for correct audio. Make sure all connections are clean and free of dirt. Shipping things around the world isn't cheap, this makes it easier. They do in certain cases allow you to put a temp. hold on a credit card and you can get a new one in advance of breaking the old one. Then you destroy the old one after the new one arrives and they take the hold off your card

thanks, i received mine a few days ago and noticed that the upper housing on the N key is slightly more loose compared to the other keys. is this normal?

also when typing in the 0.1mm actuation the keys seem to trigger multiple times even though pressing it a single time, pressing very lightly tho. wondered if this is a normal thing as well

yeah theyre very sensitive ofcourse, but im just pressing the key very very lightly and it registers sometimes up to 10 times for some reason.

@stark rampart hey, so i started to do a little more research and noticed that it might be a sofware problem. the omnipoint 2.0 generally have an actuation between 0.2 and 3.8 but a recent update nodged this up to 0.1 and 4.0. the 0.1 is what multiple users seem to be having a problem with and might be something only software related.
