My Apex pro TKL 2023 version was connected to my Mac via USB C to USB A cable that was provided and I was able to assist key bindings and change the rgb coloring in the GG App. And it stopped responding and showed in the engine but was not connected. I’ve reinstalled three times. Rebooted and re installed twice. Anyone have this problem and get it figured out? I’m interest to hear what you have.

i guess the layout is set to german instead of UK. it'll still type normally since Windows is actually what sets the keyboard input layout, not the keyboard, but if you want it to match in Engine then you can just change it in the keyboard's settings

like i mentioned above, the keyboard inputs are usually handed by windows, so I think you'd need to change that setting there.

hey im having an issue with the audio from the nova pro, sounds like steven hawking cutting in and out while under water. brand new fresh out of the box
also im connected to the dock but i couldnt get audio so i also had to connect to the pc is that normal? i thought the dock being connected to the pc and the headset being connected to the dock was enough but again just bought it so still figuring it out
also the audio wheel doesnt work lol it displays a change on the dock but theres no difference
update! i removed the wireless dongle for my previous headset the one i replaced with the nova pro and now my pc is connected to the dock and not the headset the volume wheels work and the audio isnt messed up

Just joined this Discord to say that Steelseries GG has been riddled with bugs for the last few years I have been using it, and although they have fixed some of them (thank god), Sonar still takes a minimum of 5 minutes to load when I start my PC, usually requiring several restarts of GG, and my headset is useless until Sonar finally starts. It's infuriating and Steelseries GG should not be so faulty when I have spent so much money on the hardware. Good hardware though. Later.

on windows, i have manually set aux as my default, and even have teams in the sound mixer set to aux, media etc, but it still always shows under Master
