looking for a little help or insight. Just got the Nova Actis pro wireless. First day worked great restarted my PC and I have been getting audio lag where it seems like my incoming audio is slowed and people in discord and mumble both say I am cutting out. PC is windows 11 AMD processor and video card 32gig of ram

Sonar is enabled not sure if that is the cause seemed like disabling made the audio sound bad and no one could hear me

I'm attempting to configure my blue yeti mic in the mic tab equalizer and it's either too sensitive and picks up the slightest sound, or you can barely hear me right in front of the mic. I'll be honest however, I have no idea how to use the equalizer, and some guidance would be quite helpful. I've been looking some tips up and all I get is youtube videos of how to do it, or steel series has a testing mic audio page, but claims there is a mic test record button which I don't have. Again I don't need someone to tell me exactly what settings to use, but just understanding of how to use the equilizer and how to test my audio to find the perfect place for it.

Hope this solves it for you all, it fixed it for me.

I had that exact problem, it was like a bunch of my keys were being pressed, opening a bunch of stuff on screen.

My keyboard was brand new out of the box, though I just threw 300$ down the drain.

When looking at the actuation in the OLED screen, I could see it go up without pressing anything, so something was wrong.

My Keyboard was plugged in a USB 3 port ( Blue )I switched it to a high current port ( Red )

And everything works perfectly now, my actuation doesn't move even a tiny bit without me pressing the keys

But i can't use gg program. It doesn't detect my headphones at all in engine.

When i try use EQ system. Then headphone getting crazy gives voice of headphone to microphone as echo.

Hey! I'm on a Mac with an Apex 3 keyboard. The keys are misconfigured by default so I'm going to change them. Problem: the keys I assign via the software and what it actually does is different. for example, I assign it a '!' and it returns an '=' Have you ever had this problem?

Is ANYONE able to fully use sonar functionality? I have tried everything and can't get the program to actually function as intended and let me move audio sources and it takes 10-15+ minutes to load the sonar screen sometimes, even if it's been running in the background prior to that.

yepp! I've been told to remove and reinstall which didn't work, running it in administrator mode which didn't work, making sure it's not being affected by antivirus, etc.
I just am unable to move any audio sources around. they disappear and then reappear where they originally were.

Hello - looking for some help with the Steelseries GG app. been using it for sometime now but recently somthing has changed with how the apps get routed - i've tried reading and following info already provided by steel series but nothing seems to be working. so the issue im getting is ( Discord ) used to be routed through the ( chat ) section on the app but now is routed through the ( game ) section and i'm unable to change it over to ( chat ) I've looked in windows settings and the app setting and all seems ok. so if anyone has any info i'd be forever greatful 🙂 thank you.

Works for a few days out of the box. Then it doesn't want to produce sound or anything. I've troubleshooted it enough to think it's the dongle or the Bluetooth. I have it connected to my phone too for calls during gaming.

Bluetooth won't turn off till the battery runs out. I've Un paired it from the phone to try and see if it can just run as a headset for the PC but it's still not working. I re-paired it to the dongle heaps. I use Linux primarily but I have a windows install for those couple of games that have yet to get Linux/proton support and even on windows with the GG software. Still not working. This is the second one I've gotta take back, same reason

Analog audio devices are headsets/speakers that use the 3.5mm headphone jack as the primary way to connect to the PC or console.

Please note that analog headsets use your on-board audio drivers to run the headset. Due to this, analog headsets are not compatible with SteelSeries Engine and will not show up on the device list in GG.

If you are having audio issues, here's a few steps to try:

• Reseat all cable connections to verify they are fully plugged in. The 3.5mm connection will require that the cable be plugged in fully for correct audio. Make sure all connections are clean and free of dirt. Additionally, please check that you have the correct end of the cable plugged into your PC, as some SteelSeries Nova headsets have unique cables that must have the correct end plugged into the headset.

• Verify that you are plugging the headset into the correct port. Some PCs may have split headphone and microphone audio jacks, so using a splitter for these devices is required to make the mic work. Check your PC's manual or specs to see which type of headphone port you have. Additionally, if you are on a desktop PC, it's recommended to use the rear audio ports on your motherboard for audio, rather than the ports on your PC case.

• Check for audio driver updates from your PC manufacturer. As what I mentioned you could make sure you don't have your stream mix set as input on all your games or you could just make it so that you have all but your mic on it like this. the broadcast looking button is what decides if it's in your stream mix
