Hey guys, I joined cause I need some help, my new Arctis 7+ Wireless is making a hissing noise whenever the microphone is turned on. If I mute the microphone it fixes it and I don't get any "white noise" shit, but it means I cannot use it for talking.

It kinda sounds like that "Pass thru" stuff a lot of earbuds have so you can hear shit outside while wearing your headphones/buds.

Replaced the fibre optic cable for my prism mousepad seems to fix the issue with the lights going dim or not all the way around, i used a 2.5mm at 3m cable so I didn't have to undo any of the stitching if anyone else has this issue, the tubing seems to go cloudy at parts that causes the issue not the leds. Hope this helps someone else that has a similar issue

Hey, not sure if I just have it set up wrong as this is my first Steelseries device (Arctis 9), but when I'm playing a game with GG downloaded it causes issues with all other peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, and controller. Just generally causes them all to reconnect every 30-45 seconds. When I uninstall the app there are no issues at all except the audio sounding extremely flat with almost no bass

man im feeling so freaking lost, i really dont think i can continue using steelseries, SonarGG was always a bit tricky to use as they clearly cant develop software very well but now its just impossible. I've had 4 wireless arctis 7 headsets, after upgrading once again my microphone keeps changing settings, somedays i sit on my pc and people are like oh we can hear cars outside, oh we can hear you breathing, and my mic is virtually always open. Other times its just fucking mute, mic wont go over 10% volume right now no matter how loud i talk. Its a fucking joke is this company just a reseller of cheap chinese parts? So I charge my rival 650 from a wall socket while using it and it works really annoyingly.
If it's already connected to my pc, once I plug it in it will turn off and then reconnect within a few seconds (which is fine)
The issue is, if it times out and turns off, I can't reconnect it unless I remove the charging cable which is really annoying.
I don't want to disable the sleep timer. As far a I can see there's no option to disable the sleep timer whilst the mouse is charging. I guess this is because most people would charge the mouse connected to the pc instead of the wall socket? This way is just easier for me cable management wise.

the only way to set the output for teams, is in teams settings

it is overruling everything

and you cant drag the teams app in sonar, as it instantly disappears

So I reached out to support, they put me on discord with some guy and he took away all the things I bought out of my account and said that I should buy a $100 gift card and a 15 TF2 keys on the manoco store.
