Hello, I recently purchased an Arctis Pro Wireless and it seems to want play any audio through Sonar except for Chat. The bars under Game will move up and down but will not show up on the base station.

Things I've tried: restarting laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, uninstalled and reinstalled the GG App multiple times, and have tried plugging it into other USB ports

I just set up Sonar last night and I am loving it for the microphone and music features, but I just realized my keyboard controls no longer work because they control the game channel, so I can't change the volume of music or mute anything unless it goes through the game channel. Is there any way around this?

ANd it's not just keyboard controls. The built-in windows volume control no longer controls the volume for music. The only way I can turn down music is to open the Steelseries app. Unfortunately, this is a dealbreaker, no matter how good the features of Sonar.

They both have 2 USB. On the PC/PS version both can be used for PC or PlayStation. On the Xbox version there is one that only works with Xbox, the other port works fine with PC or PS5

So if you get the Xbox version you can connect an Xbox and a PC or a PlayStation. You can't connect two PC's or PlayStations, like you can with the version that isn't Xbox compatible

tips, for valorant ppl, if you use rapid trigger don't use it on shift / ctrl key or abilities key, only on movement key like WASD

because when you have to shift or jump or crouch, it's like strange asf when moving and you have to press hard to shift / ctrl, last rapid trigger release instantly you're not in the mm actuation point

better to use it only on strafing key

so on a standard switch, lets say the actuation is 1.5mm, when you press down on the switch and it meets the 1.5mm, the key will activate, press it more it will still activate, when you release the switch, it resets when it hits 1.5mm, rapid trigger, when the switch hits 1.5mm, you do not need to meet the 1.5mm for it to reset, it will reset as soon as the key is released.

it pretty much gets rid of that delay of when the switch needs to go up to reset

For the most part, sound is user preference and highly subjective. I personally increase my bass and my treble quite a bit.

If you’re looking for the biggest competitive advantage I’d say download Sonar. They have a bunch of audio presets and even if you won’t use them, you get a really fancy parametric equalizer.

Check the physical volume wheel on your headset. If that’s not the issue. Check the gain. I personally find that my Arctis headset sometimes have the gain setting on “Low” and it makes them sound really quiet.

That’s about all the advice I have unfortunately.

Hi I need help as everytime I use streamer mode and try to play a game like warzone 2 I try to move around the menu and everything stop and no audio until I click back on the game but If i trun off streamer mode everything is fine. Do anyone know how to fix this Problem?

Isn’t streamer mode still in beta? I might be wrong but if you’re experiencing issues with it, I’d say report it to SteelSeries and go back to non-streamer mode

My next advice would be turning sonar off and on again but that’s all I have sadly
