well the can't really see thing you just defeatid in your first sentance (wired headphones have rgb). And the battery well of course it will drain it more but other brands got rgb too (I don't care about battery usage with swappable batteries and you can always turn the rgb off). Its just sad that my prefered brand doesn't have any product that got it all.

I know this isn’t a support channel but I’m on my last hope fixing my new pair of Arctis Pro’s. I’ve tried everything from the website to no avail. The Audio is coming through is extremely distorted and choppy, and I can only get clear audio by using an auxiliary cable instead, which prevents me from using the mixer, and the sound is low

the noise cancellation for background noises are immaculate. Same goes for the mic background noise.. virtually non. Nice if you have a loud gamer girl screaming behind you or a running vaccum, barking dog etc... my friends no longer have to put up with that

re-tractable mic actually solid still but the software provides so much versatilty to AI noice/mic adjustment. Completely shits on most boom mics at their price/service aptitude. Not to mention swappable batteries to essentially never have to plug in again

is there any way to have my audio auto switch when my headphones sleep for the arctis nova 7? It works when I power them on and do a hard power off, but not when they are sleeping, especially if I reboot.

I'm on win 11 and it just doesn't seem to want to play nice. I think it's because the usb portion is always on so it never see's it as off, but the software does, so I just figure itw ould be smart enough....

on windows 10 it was not connecting right or it would not play sound an i would have to change the audio but i updated an it seem to be working better idk if its because of win 11

it connects fine, plays sound fine, but when it goes to sleep, it doesn't switch back to my speakers. Same thing when i boot up if its asleep. Power on, switches fine, hard power off, switches just fine.

I just had the weirdest interaction. So I did an update to my Steel GG software. I noticed under Sonar that my outputs for game,chat, media, etc. Were all set to SPDIF. So I changed Game, then when I changed the dropdwon under Chat to my headset I heard someone talking. I asked my friend on Discord, the only one on at the moment if he had said something. He said no. I then heard the voice again saying " oh wow theres a season 3 Mandalorion on this thumb drive honey " I then asked my friend again. He said it wasnt him. And it wasnt because his icon was not lighting up. I just had a conversation with an older gentleman from Ohio and I am in Cali,Colombia and we had no idea how we just got connected to talk even though he doesnt use Discord and I was in no other programs that would allow voice comms....super frigging weird.

I told him to reboot and he said ok..then I heard him last thing he said" Ok looks like its rebooting now. Now hes gone....no idea how we got linked to voice comms
