Hmmm strange. If you have your sources split up correctly it should be working… are the outputs from sonar all set to go to the headset?

In general, I've really enjoyed Sonar's detail in control and breaking different applications into their own channels for processing and mixing. That much is superb! But I still have feedback on a few things like having a quick "master toggle" to enable and disable the service from the main tab. I feel the need to disable it entirely when not gaming because there's a kind of deadening to the audio with it on despite turning all processing off, so it makes it bad to leave on when listening to music.

Sonar or the "Device Fallback" has caused me nothing but problems... When I disconnect my headset, it disables my PC speakers and chooses the wrong output. Then I have to open Sonar and choose the correct output device again.
My PC speakers are plugged into the base station... Should I just disable Device Fallback?

I have written to SteelSeries Software staff, gave them many infos specs etc all in about my pc and everything but it is still not working. Even on the latest 37.0 where they say that they fixed audio devices showing empty list to select still the same. The problem is that, when I connect my SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1, they do not appear on the gg app as they should (e.g SteelSeries Sonar - Microphone ; SteelSeries Sonar - Gaming; SteelSeries Sonar - Chat etc) but they appear as Speakers(Realtek(R) Audio). Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app didnt work. Tried unplugging replugging the jacks, didnt work. The moment I plug the jacks, as I mentioned they do not appear as they should the actual name of the devices but as Speakers(Realtek(R) Audio). Help please 😦

Yep, always working just fine. Front and rear ones. Even on game(CSGO) i dont have problems. I do not have problems with audio. The only "problem" I had was wanting to be able to select the same high definition audio things/options as the guy in the vid since I have only these two options shown when I tried the same. It is possible I am not understanding them too well since I am not a tech guy or idk lul

What a work I had to put in... I like the headset's quality and the way I can mix music and chat, but the software is way over their heads. Teams and Slack use different settings, they were confusing, Windows was selecting other devices for unclear reasons. I had to go into the bloody Device Manager to remove all virtual devices, as the SteelSeries app didn't do that for me and was showing more ads for games and whatnot than settings, which was super annoying. So I uninstalled everything that said SteelSeries or Sonar, and now it works like I need to. Hardware great, software terrible.

Hello guys I know its not a place for this kind of thing but im desperate so I just bought monitor(gigabyte g27f 2) and pc.I tried to connect them and I get hdmi 1 no signal or hdmi 2 no signal.Im 80% sure that I put everthing in its place but I get no signal.In the monitor box I got power cord,that little box that connect to power cord(I dont know how its callee),usb cable and hdmi cable and that is with pc I only got power cord for it and that is.Looked what I was supposed to get and I got everything.So maybe im missing some cord/cords or maybe I put them in wrong place.I looked for answers online and I didnt found any.Pc and monitor are brand new so I dont think that components are the problem.So please someone help me direct me to a video how to put them maybe I will find what I did worng or maybe you guys know what im missing.I also contacted that place where I bought my monitor and pc but they will be closed till monday.Im asking guys for yall help to fix my no signal thing.

Im not a pc expert or anything, but Ik one thing from when I first built mine was to make sure that the hdmi is plugged into the gpu and not something else. It could also just be an issue of bad cable or bad hdmi port. Do you have another hdmi cable you could try to use instead to make sure that's not the issue?

Okey, I just bought an Arctis nova wireless and i set up the base station and i bluetooth connected my headset

1. I have no idea on how to navigate using the base station / how do i get to all the settings that the base station for arctis 7 had?
