First step would be to verify that the headset works without the GoXLR.
If it does, try using another minijack cable, if that doesn't help try using another minijack source. You can also test the GoXLR with another headset to verify

i have the arctis nova pro's. they are a wired headset but sound very impressive in my opinion. i've tried many many high end headsets. I recommend Sony WH-1000XM5, they are a great headphone and I prefer over Bose Headphones. the Sony ones I use for everyday use also because i find them more comfortable for long uses. but I also can recommend the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 s2 because they have better sound quality overall. than both sony and bose

Hey, so, the thing to remember is that this is primarily a community Discord. That means that the people who might answer your question are just like you and me. Just ordinary SteelSeries customers.

No-one is being paid to sit in here and answer questions. Which means expecting to get an answer within 3 hours is not exactly reasonable. You might get lucky and someone who can answer your question will see it within minutes. But it could take several hours. Or days.

Yeah, totally understand. Anyway, I’ve just answered your question over in the forums. It may not help but it’s worth a try. Sometimes when a rechargeable battery discharges fully it requires a much longer time to charge again. It’s best to not let them discharge fully, if you can.
