Hey guys! Just picked up an Arctis nova pro wireless but the chatmix doesn't seem to work with Sonar even though the devices are configured. My discord is set to Sonar chat and windows is set to Sonar game and yet if I change the chatmix on the dial the audio stays the same on the pc and the chatmix slider is disabled in Sonar because it wants me to use the hardware dial 😅
Anyone got a tip or do I need to contact support?

I was having the same problem and made a support ticket about it. Ryu (tech support) reached back out to me and advised that I needed to plug the base station into the PC and switch the mode to USB. Also make sure your USB is plugged into the USB port on the base station. The headphones need to be connected to the PC as well. GG Engine instantly recognized my devices. 💯

In macOS, “keystrokes” is the fancy apple fearmonger way of saying it’s going to monitor whatever keys you have pressed, bearing in mind this is not directly what you are typing into fields, but rather just the keys and buttons themselves. This functionality is for keybinds baked into gg that may or may not be present in the macOS version, but still carried over from the main windows branch. Other possibility is them just getting the permission out of the way in case they want to use it in the future, or for peripherals you buy to do the macros in software instead of hardware

ive had the logitech X pro i think it was for long time
and its big heavy and it covours ur whole ear and it feals like a cution and it fees like nice and soft it felt like i could hear better bc like the soft meterial didnt let musiic out or sum idk

this one is i think more light and not heavy so soft i cant feel it almoost and i can hear way clearer

And it's usually only in movies because of mbps speed

I need help! I bought a GO XLR and have everything connected. I have a wireless headset Steelsieres Arctis 9 and then i put on my headphones and I wanted to listen to music there was a terrible noise and everything was overdriven. When I listen to soft music then everything is good but when I listen to music at normal volume then everything is overshot on one side. I have already bought an interference suppression filter but brings nothing. Does anyone have a solution because otherwise I would return the GO XLR.

Hey, at the end i figured out what's the problem and why windows could not play at the same time GAME and CHAT sound channels on Arctis 9. I had to go in Headset sound properties and change the quality of the sound output from DVD to CD, for some reason when it's set on DVD (windows default settings) it cannot play both the channels. Now i am happy i can play Discord on Chat and other PC sounds on Game and arrange them with the chatmix wheel.
Can somebody pin this message because i have seen that many other people had my same problem but none of them received any answer or fix help

It has nothing to do with Discord or Steelseries GG settings, it's a Windows default settings problem

How do i return my stuff? Do I just stick the shipping sticker that I got in the box on the box, or do i make a ticket, also I accidentally ripped a small piece of a piece of carton that comes in the box as packaging, is that a problem?

Normally the "start return" link should open up a form to directly submit a ticket. The team has been made aware of the broken link and they'll look into it further. For now you'll need to manually create a ticket through the chatbot and request a return that way then an agent will provide you with all the necessary info.
