Good evening everyone, I have a problem with my steelseries artics 7 and I was wondering if I could find any help.
my headset keeps powering off on its own and I have no clue why, this problem seemed to show up after windows 11 update perhaps? not sure if that should be the cause of the problem.
I reinstalled the driver, changed the USB port and both solutions did not help. is there any other way to solve this?

im having issues with the arctis nova 3 and arma 3 TFAR. TFAR is a teamspeak addon on and before i got the arctis 3 i was able to separate my long range and short range radios into left and right ear. Since i got the arctis im having trouble doing that and even if i select which ear i want it to be in game, its coming across both ears in the headset

For the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, can I not use the usb input and instead plug in a 3.5mm cable from the Line-In port? I don’t care about the microphone since I have a standalone mic.

Context: I’m looking to get the GoXLR mini, but the headphone output is a 3.5mm port. I want to be able to use a wireless headphone (not Bluetooth due to latency) with it, and Arctis Nova Pro Wireless seems like a good choice due to the base transmitter having a line-in port.

I got mine last week. Will say for just gaming, there are probably better alternatives mostly due to price reasons. The Apex Pro is still quite an expensive board and wouldn't say beats out some direct competitors on gaming performance.

The reason I got mine was cause it was a good board for gaming, but also allowed me to configure it to where it is comfortable to use for my day job as well (programming, lots of typing. Don't want a too low actuation for that and have accidental inputs etc.) So for a hybrid keyboard (with numpad), it was one of the best ones I could find. If I was just gaming, I probably would have gone for something different.

uninstall gg yes uninstall to do this goto search type control panel enter control panel top right if it says catagory drop it down and select large icons this will show the proper control panel apps then scrollto find and click "programs and features" then in the window scroll until you find steelseries and highlight and click uninstall then click back until your in control panel again and click "explorer file and folder options" then select "show hidden files, folders and drives" click apply and ok close goto c drive and delete steelseries from "programfiles" and " programfiles (x86) " and "programdat" unplug your device reboot and before you plug back into a different port install gg login to your account plug your device back in and activate sonar ....... it should then work properly

The counter point is that the more steps you put between a customer and the help they need, the higher the customers level of frustration. I think there's a healthy middle ground to be had. But companies that force you to chat to a bot or worst so far have a phone menu where most options tell you something and hang up without even giving the option to speak an employee (had to go through the maze by calling back multiple times and finding the options that would let me speak to someone).

Think for companies another factor is that support is never profitable, so the fewer support employees you need the lower your expenses.
