You may have had a driver update occur that re-enabled a device. I'd take a look in your sound settings and then sound control panel to see the list of playback devices. If that device is among the list, disable it there, and that should stop it from being used.

Are you using a headset with a mini jack? And not USB? Those don't work with Engine as it's only for USB headsets. You can use it with Sonar though

had arctis 9x and the plastic at the swivels broke. messed up the wiring. bought the Nova Pro Wireless for $370 updated it and sounded like a robot through my mic. warbled sound. sent them back and got another pair of 9x because i wear clown makeup. xbox audio keeps dropping out. the "simultaneous audio" through bluetooth blocks the audio from the xbox when used with my pc. a feature which Did work on the first pair. i feel like i spend half my time gaming messing with my headsets. Sorry Steelseries but for those reasons... Im out.

Sonar has a random eq that you have to do yourself. Peace apo takes a professionally extracted sound from the headset model in question and applies it to the Harmon target curve and then you get that eq. There is no guesswork needed, you just get (pretty much objectively) the best sound.

I use sonar for the noise gate and whatnot on my mic but peace apo makes my arctis sound WAY better.

I spent over 1.5k dollars this week on audio equipment to find the best sound to comfort and for me, the arctis 7+ plus peace apo do the trick ☺

I just realized how big of a difference the game channel vs the chat channel sounds
Ive always used the Chat channel for movies n stuff (and obviously vc) and the game for games if it has a standalone to change the device

Hello guys , after almost 3 years of having the razer kraken pro v2 and being really happy with them overall the mic got destroyed and it doesn’t work and considering that but also that the pads are worn and scraping black leather parts from the band I believe it’s about the right time to switch to a better headset! So after seeing your new ultimate headset “ Arctis nova pro wireless ” I think i found my new headset! It hasn’t yet been released in my country and I can’t wait to buy it! Do you think I will see an improvement from my old razer pro kraken v2 , are they worth it?(pc gaming)

The elite series 2 controller is so bad

I bought it in less than 24 hours
Left bumper not pressing (fixed it)
Dpad not working (fixed it)
Controller doesn't power on at all

Like it hasn't even been 24 damn hours

And the dpad worked after I fixed the bumper but I woke up and it was broken

I sat the controller in it's case for litteraly 10 minutes and now it doesn't power on

I use to have the PlayStation gold headset for my ps4 for 2 years but has now unfortunately broke. I’m looking at the arctis 7+ wireless for my ps4 and have seen on the website that it does not support the chat mix feature for ps4. Does this mean I cant use the chat mix scroller on the side of the headset when it’s connected with the ps4, as it doesn’t support it for ps4?

Only issue I have had with mine is controller drift

Because I used it nearly every day for a year

And I also might've dropped it hard a few times and had to put it back together

But we don't talk about that

It's definitely less durable than a normal controller but it's far better

Guys, I need help :(. im using a Arctis 7P Wireless. The headset/mic/audio works because when i connect it wired, theres no issue. When i try to connect it wirelessly, my playstation detects that the headset is there but there is no noise coming from or to my headset. I think its just not paired with the dongle because if i remember correctly, the greenlight would blink slowley like a pulse when it was on and paired. Now it just blinks green for 1 second and stops, blinks, and stops. Please someone tell me what the problem is.

Cable snag or in time the cable would snake/coil, even my arctis pro started coiling/tangling but only after a few years.

And the advanced eq settings would be nice especially for headsets like the nova that could be used as all round headphones

Without knowing anything I'd suspect that it's mainly Windows specific resources/API's used and the effort it would take to implement in MacOS
