(found no menu for add / remove device) [Support also seems to be completely nonexistent] I have steel series built into my MSI laptop. I've been a fan of SteelSeries and absolutely love your headphones! Currently using Arctis 1 Wireless now and am surprised by the large radius it covers (using it for both games and meetings). Pairing it with my Nvidia broadcast setup, I can voice chat my friends in Discord without leaving my headphones off. So convenient!

Looking forward to the Wireless Pro next as I love the replaceable battery option.

hi, just got some slightly used Arctis Pro Wireless and Arctis 5 for a total of around US$130 (expat owner is leaving country for good). no box but with dock and a couple of cables (8-pin and microUSB). even though they both look clean, I washed the earpads and headband first before using them. my kids are loving them as they are using them for their online classes and say they are very comfortable

Hey guys! New to the Steelseries brand. My wife just got me a set of Arctis Pro Wired headphones and I'm super stoked about it. Before this I was using a gen 3 Astro A40 which I still love and has served me since the first season of Destiny. Anyway, astro had a huge gaming community with audiophiles constantly tweaking EQ's to help users gain an advantage via sound whoring. They have it down to a science and I'm able to pinpoint locations of enemies on a map before they can hear me. I'm hoping to find the same EQ passion here.

Just recently bought the Arctis Prime and playing with Sonar. Buuuuuut, all the presets are for Esports and FPS games (yes, I knew it was a High Fidelity Esports Headset when I bought it). I play MMOs mostly on PC and the EQ presets in Sonar just are not cutting it. I do not know enough about the in depth settings (different bands and the slide bars below) to be able to tweak it to make all sound rich and mesh well with each other. If someone could help me with some example settings I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
