Okuyasu. He is 100% useless. His only actual win he contributed to was against stray cat, and by the way, stray cat wasn’t attacking him. Besides that his best performance is moving Josuke out the way and punching Akira.

He only ever gets in the way and probably delayed Kira’s defeat and caused Hayato’s suffering due to Kira’s dad being set free

Either Jotaro or Dio. I have nothing wrong with any of them and I love them but the fact that they are in the „most popular” and most commercialised part (I love Stardust Crusaders though) kind of makes them overrated (same with Golden Wind, it’s generally overhyped as well). Their stands are also overglazed and there are too much memes about them.
