The obvious answer is C-moon, very high range and the supports for the building are built to accommodate normal earth gravity so putting it on its side would be able to pretty easily take off the top half of the building and then with the wreckage pushed off to the side it can eviscerate any other still standing areas of the building
Weather Report is also an obvious option, tornadoes, earthquakes, lighting storms, are all good options for destruction. Plus with their ice manipulation they can make the supports weak and easier to destroy
