Depends on which kit it is really, but as long as you can get a couple basic tools they're pretty easy and you can just throw on a podcast or music or something

Bandai models especially are designed to be really simple to assemble, with very clear instructions and colored parts and all that

If it's a smaller one like an SD or HG you can do it in one sitting, MGs and RGs usually take a couple, and higher than that can be longer

Anyway watch Mobile Suit Gundam it's old but it's dope and it's on Netflix and every one of your favorite mangakas and anime directors has seen it
