One thing about it is it's a lot less bombastic than more modern Riders, it has more of a low-key quasi-horror vibe to it, but I think that works to it's benefit

It has some of the spookiest monster designs in the franchise

Expanding on this; Kuuga and Zero-One are both really good solid shows and I recommend either to anybody

Ryuki is weirder because it's my personal favorite 00s Rider but a lot of that is predicated on like the concept of the show rather than the show itself

And also requires some side material that Tubi doesn't have because distribution rights are weird

So I can't totally recommend watching Ryuki on Tubi unless you're also able to get the movie Episode Final, the 13 Riders Special, and Kamen Rider Zi-O: Rider Time Ryuki

Zero-One has some side/epilogue stuff but it's not required to like enjoy the show itself, it's just more of it
