Since I’ve been on a world tour, I hadn’t had the chance to watch it, but this morning, I finally got to see James Gunn’s “Superman.” It was good.

It was neither dark nor stylish, cool or even “super.” The perspective of the audience—the distance and elevation—is different from the “Superman” we used to LOOK UP (into the sky) to. This film gently observes the human being Clark Kent and Superman as one and approaches him from the same human perspective. It’s a heartwarming “human” film.
The movie itself wasn’t “punk,” but “Punkrocker” by Teddybears, with vocals by our very own Iggy Pop, played during the credits — that part was pure punk, and it was amazing.

Almost ran out of time but hell yeah Superman watched. Freaking loved it and crap ton of fun haha. I love that the movie ||directly went into the action and foregoed an origin story, but still showed his background||. The casting was perfect especially ||Lex Luthor, Mister Terrific, and Nathan freaking Fillion as Guy Gardner lol he finally played a Green Lantern. Lex is phenomenal and is just the ultimate hater. Definitely my favorite Movie Lex portrayal. Krypto’s inclusion was great, and Ultraman being Bizzaro was great. The humor was great and still rooted in their character, like Clark’s boyscout personality and Guy Gardner being a jackass.||

One of my favorite superhero movies and just a ton of fun. Go watch it.

Also I can’t believe that Supes is ||an Isekai’d protagonist that rejected his destiny of a harem|| LMAO

Phantom blood was just okay it definitely had some bad parts like how most characters besides Dio and Jonathan aren’t really that interesting imo .He was heavily inspired by Fist of the North Star so first part is basically fist of the North Star but worse most of plot beats are same as fist of north star and has same tones.Both mc each protects the innocent .It is a thank you letter to Kenshrio.It basically Araki way of saying thank you.It still up there with 8
