I have the theory that Kakyoin is aware of and has contact with the fourth wall

Because of three points

it's kinda stupid but it makes sense in my head at least

for example in the scene where Kakyoin ||feeds the Death 13 stand user his own shit after defeating him||, he looks at the camera and winks

that could just be a mere 4th break wall and not mean a thing

but in Last Train Home outro it is well known that Kakyoin is reading a Golden Wind book in the train

and given the obvious fact that Golden Wind happens in the same universe some years later, Kakyoin must've accessed the book in one way or another

this means he somehow knows about Golden Wind and everything that happens in it, so we can assume he also knows what happens in other parts and other episodes

now this comes into play in Kakyoin's ||death scene||, where, despite being a bit doubtful that ||Joseph would take the hint||, Kakyoin aims his Emerald Splash at the ||clock tower||.

shooting towards it is symbolic and metaphoric so he could take the hint, but the hint itself is quite dumb and could've been easily misinterpreted by ||Joseph||, so Kakyoin couldn't be sure whether it would or wouldn't work.

Unless he knew it was gonna work.
