how? ears, unlike eyes, are very difficult to train by themselves because you can't exactly control your hearing very well
there's selective hearing that you can do, but n.doul's hearing isn't selective, it's just super extremely heightened because he can't see
it isn't like eyes where you can train you visual acuity and stuff like that
