Josefumis ability is to plunder with bubbles, but very precisely. He can be so precise that he can graft things together. Kira's ability is explosive bubbles that he plans under surfaces if he touches them or multiple sheer heart attacks. He can control the scale of the explosions.
Josuke's soft and wet combines the two abilities and gets a wide scope of fusion powers. He has a plunder ability that is not precise but takes up more space, he has explosive bubbles that he can fire, we see them in A.Phex twins, urban guerilla and Wonder of U and many more sub abilities. The biggest and most importantly one is his explosive spin, the two previous abilities combine to make invisible bubbles that don't exist anywhere using the explosive spinning natural phenomenon. It can tear through any surface like a knife through butter
