Pucci is my favorite villain because he is extremely well developed, and to me he has the most interesting backstory out of the other 7 mvs. A pawn of Dio, conditioned to believe that Dio's way was the only one that was right... his one lone soldier, Dio's right hand and the last connection to the dark lord. His backstory is complex, he believes that by breaking his brother and sister up he is doing more good than bad, but in the end he kills his sister and fucks up his brother. He ruins his life, and turns to Dio for guidance. His personality and his motives are built from this essential moment in his life, as he goes his whole life trying to figure out WHY things happen the way they do, why fate is so cruel. That is why he is obsessed with the Heaven plan, because in order to combat fate's sometimes random and cruel ways, he must be able to control it

See this is what I fucking mean, we are TOLD that he has this dynamic with yasuho, and that they had this relationship, and yet we don't ever SEE anything with it. Josuke gets jealous of them when he first meets them, but nothing ever comes of it. Tooru tries to rekindle their relationship but she declines and then that's it. These characters do not interact together ever again until Tooru is literally about to die and he is begging for his fucking life

I think what they’re saying is this lowers the impact of it because it’s much more boring to simply say he did this and this instead of showing us him doing these actions and making him more of an interesting character. There is much more that can be gained from showing us those scenes and it can ultimately leave him flat
