Pucci's reset universe was going to have every human who was still alive knowing their fate, the ones who died are replaced with fake versions of themselves, Pucci needs to accelerate back to the point at which the acceleration started in the previous universe, however if he does that Emporio will escape, so he stopped at the prison to finish Emporio of in case Emporio could beat him, despite Pucci telling Emporio he knows exactly where he will go Emporio is forced to go there by fate because even tho everyone can see their fate only Pucci can change fate, now this new universe is still connected to MIH it will be complete after he accelerates back to Cape Canaveral but if it dies before that that universe is undone, so because Emporio killed him when he did, the universe fucked up and MIH basically reset all of the events of Stone ocean thus making them not happen, Pucci was erased from existence, anything he was involved in didn't happen/happened differently. So Weather was never take, Jotaro didn't bugger off from his family to protect them from DIO's Cult cuz the cult had no Pucci to lead them so he hunted them down with little issue, Ermes sister is alive, Jolyne met Anasui before he met his cheating gf and became his gf instead [that part is an assumption], Jolyne was named Irene by Jotaro to end the JoJo legacy cuz there's no DIO related enemies left.
