Appearance : A tall, thin humanoid figure dressed in a 70s era suit, the color of the clothes and skin a mix of black, gray, and white, with a rainbow colored rubber band around one of its hands.
Ability : By pulling on the rubberband and letting go (over the course of a second), Rubberband Man can revert any change in position made by a person or an object that it can see in the last 10 seconds, returning them to a point in space up to 10 seconds back depending on the user's preference.
Rubberband Man cannot target more than one object or person at a time but if an object is being held by someone or the person was attatched to an object it can bring both them and the object back if they were holding it/attatched at some point in the last 10 seconds, same for objects and containers.
If the reverted object or person overlap with another object or person, they either end up adjascent to each other or inside one another, depending on size and space availability.
If a part of something was torn off in the last 10 seconds Rubberband Man can reattach it, be it living or nonliving.
Rubberband Man cannot affect things with a weight more than 5 metric tons total.

guys i thought of another stand oc its called pata de perro (localized is dog's paw) and it's ability is to speed up or slow down anything it targets and the targeting ditance is five meters but the effect will keep on going until the user decides to stop speeding up the time, this works on animate and inanimate objects

Another really cool concept! I love how you design characters and their outfits, both Ray and Maxxie sound very believably “jojo” in appearance. Also, out of curiosity, how does Maxxie use his slugs defense wise? My guess for the childhood incident with Ray he attached adhesive to himself with Slug, and it was so sticky the bullets got stuck to it and couldn’t push further into his body? I think that sounds neat. Lemme know if I’m wrong though

Black Hole Sun is able to manipulate shadows, such as disconnecting shadows from the things casting them and being able to move them freely. When these controlled shadows make contact with other shadows they can transfer actual damage to the object casting the shadow.
Additionally Black Hole Sun's eye acts as a portal to the shadow dimension, a dimension that already exists. This dimension houses shadow demons that are the things you always think you hear at night.
The stand has an ability "Paint it Black" to open this portal for a fraction of a second and leak out the shadow fog into the real world. When in this fog the user and all his shadows can move inside it freely.
Example of the disconnected shadows. The user disconnects his shadow, and it runs at you and punches your shadow, you'll feel yourself getting punched

When the person tries to go that direction the wall emits a subliminal message that forces them to turn around. If the user creates a wall around each direction of a person they are placed in a mirror reality that overlaps with our own. People can freely pass right through them without even knowing they are there.

Ability: If the victim hears a steam whistle and a screeching of a train starting (even though there is no trains around), that means the stand has begun. Suzie has to make that sound to trigger the attack. Using the sound to track the general direction and distance.
At first the target gets shot at from random locations, but the shooter disappears when looked at directly. When the shooter is done, it gives a false sense of security for the target.
Going into towns, 21 Guns cloaks the individual to those who have never met the target to be perceived as a criminal. Hiding in their homes or being absolutely terrified of the target if approached. Wanted posters slowly start to get posted around the town of outlaws. Then it cloaks to acquaintances. Increase of the wanted posters as well. Until finally it changes the perception of those closest to the target. The wanted posters are strung everywhere. Making those who knew the victim of 21 Guns turn on them, blocking the memory of their once friend. Once the victim is totally isolated, 21 Guns stops at nothing to claim his bounty. This ability is what Suzie calls: 21st Century Breakdown (21st Millennium Break Up in anime adaptation)
21 Guns uses the likeness of past famous criminals during the Wild West Era like Billy the Kid, Jesse James, etc. And recreates those criminals as the victim. The criminal the victim is protrayed as are on the wanted posters that spawn.
21 Guns is not sentient, so Suzie is always close by when the stand is doing its stalking. Usually is in steam created by 21 Guns to cloak Suzie.

As I've said before, The Rat is a young man from Brazil. It was distributed, grown and controlled by one big mafia family. The Rat never minded how much money they demanded if it just led to him getting his desired shrooms. That was until he noticed the crime family had been substituting the drug with regular mushrooms. They were now beginning to sell the drug exclusively outside if Brazil as it would be more profitable. Enraged, The Rat spent the next few months slowly destroying the ranks of the mafia, always sniffing around for his precious fungi. By the time he was able to find them, he had destroyed the entire crime family and found that his body was immune to the effects of the mushrooms, no matter the dosage. But he found something better. He had experience in killing now. He didn't have to live his shitty life anymore. What's a few dead gangsters to a lifetime of happiness?

Basically, The Snake's wife died in childbirth. He didn't want her death to be in vain and promised to protect their son at every cost. Before snapping, The Snake was an English teacher at a very preppy high school in Japan where his son, Shouichi, also attended. The father and son were very close Shouichi went to highschool. That was the year 1992, when Japan's bubble economy popped. Money became tight and The Snake became very stressed and focused almost all his time into money and work to make ends meet. This meant emotionally neglecting Shouichi at one of his lowest points in a while. To supplement, the boy began to hang around with unsavory crowds in order to whet his hunger for affection. While The Snake was busy trying to keep a roof over his son's head, Shouichi was falling more and more into the rabbit hole until he joined the yakuza at 18. The Snake had finally realized how his son had to find family in these gangsters and tried to bring him back, begging his only son to leave and come home.
But it was too late.
At the age of 19, Shouichi's decapitated head was found floating down stream a river.
The Snake was utterly broken. Not only had he failed in being a father, he had failed at being a husband too as he broke his promise. The only way to deal with this was simple: revenge.
No matter how many baddies he beats into the soil, however, his heart still aches to see his baby boy's smile just one more time

my problem is that i don't know what it should do
specifically what niche it should occupy and how it would benefit its user outside of combat
along with how to make it interesting in combat

[In Rainbows] has the ability of color sinking. What this means is that the stand can sort of 'hide' in similarly colored objects to itself by sinking into the object, regardless of depth. It may also attack from within the object, and any damage meant for the stand will instead be taken by the object
Some downsides though are that objects can only take so much damage before they surpass their threshold, and the stand is forced out of the now heavily damaged object
Additionally, changing the color of the object will force the stand out
The stand must also change its color not through copying, but the user must dictate RGB color values for the stand to adopt, meaning the user should have good color estimation. There is a margin of error between colors, though, so the stand doesn't have to be exactly a shirt's shade of red to hide in it
(WIP: the user can wear the stand as a suit to hide themselves in colors)

My suggestion is to have In Rainbow "steal" color from objects, storing in its body. Then it can mix those to become the shade it needs to camouflage. If it matches the shades, it becomes invisible to the naked eye. It can also paint its user, objects and other people

it can detonate the energy within objects such as rocks, wood, water, and organic compounds to damage them from the inside. the explosion becomes more powerful in direct correlation to how much more energy the object has (if's moving/standing still etc.) He can also use up some of his own energy to cause a small explosion that is used to repulse enemies.
The stand is actually useless against targets who are tired as they have pretty much used up their available energy

This relates to the don having kids. Being this ruthless and on top means a lot of enemies were made. Enemies that may want to destroy any and every trace of your family. So the don had to be very secretive of any relationships he had. So secretive, in fact, that when he married his wife, she effectively became a missing person and disappeared from the public eye.
When his wife was pregnant, he moved her to live with one of his most trusted body guards far far away so his child could live in peace and safetyness. It was only on their 21st birthday would they be flown to France and informed of their birthright. That was the plan until...
