Felwinter had something very close to a Titan’s shoulder charge, Ana is a Hunter but one of her Golden Gun shots left puddles of molten Solar akin to the Warlock grenade (before it became available across classes), and Shaw Han had an ult that was something like a Golden Gun that caused a Well of Radiance effect and was able to empower some Redjacks when he a Lord Saladin were fending off a bunch of House Dusk Fallen in the Cosmodrome
For the subclass part, it was a big aspect of each elemental class that they drew very specific personality types, which can still be seen today when you press the lore button in a subclass screen (I hope. Don’t remember if 3.0 maintained the subclass lore tab or just changed it from how it was before)
