The last thing it said to him was something along the lines of “I’m proud of you”, and we see her again (and get her gender) in the recent Festival of the Lost lore book

c) conflicting aspects of her own self genuinely struggled against each other and in the clash she was reduced to the Traveler form and the Veil form, each being representative of the two sides within her

What is not a great use of concept art is pointing to it and going “look at what we were robbed of, it could have been so good”. Most of the regulars here have some sort of concept art or unused/alternate story beat that we would’ve liked to see realized, but we leave it at “Ah but what’s done is done” unless yes, we think we can extrapolate a revelation of the lore from the concept work.

Looking at worldline zero itself in game it looks like a vex weapon tho I do see how one would think it's a fallen weapon due to the roundness of it

It kinda holds some Eliksni-aesthetics, especially with the matte tan being more reminiscent of Lord of Wolves, Spiders tanks, and other machines; plus the greater association of Arc with Fallen and the way the handle and the “blade” kinda seem like different pieces which matches the whole “scavengers” thing of the Eliksni

Basically the clones yes; though they’ve tried satisfying the same desires Cabal in the empire have, however they lack the proper cultural context for why they had such rituals and are kinda just mindlessly killing each other in a more depressing version of the Rites of Proving
