Chaos Reshaped is one of the best damage perks you can get on any sword.

The only other perk that compares to Surrounded, which afaik only rolls on Bequest, and requires enemies to be arround you.

Though, if you run it on something like Ecthar, you'll probably want to use Surrounded instead.

Surrounded gives a 35% damage bonus when three or more enemies are in 15 meters of you.

Chaos Reshaped gives 20% after 12 seconds of being in combat, but after another 12 seconds it goes up to 35% and you get bursts of healing.

Another bonus is Surrounded falls off a lot quicker than Chaos.

It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.
