If it were still here, it would mean that Mercury wasn't Vaulted, and also it wouldn't be a puzzle. You'd just look it up, walk some paths, and get Bastion's quest - which involves the Tangled Shore, by the way.

The main issue is that Reservoir Burst isn't a very efficient perk without a way to overflow the mag, allowing you only a very small amount of extra damage
Of course you do you and use what you want, I'm certainly not going to stop you, it's just that this won't work well for DPS and probably isn't the most efficient for general use either
