If you use prismatic you can utilize the strand meele which has 3 charges total in combination with the solar aspect that has two instances, one where you go up and send a small wave consuming half-ish of the meele charge and then a 2nd instance you can manually trigger that consumest the rest, makes a bigger wave and procs ignite on enemies hit by the first one
