Honestly try the whole thing. Restart the game and give it a whirl, if that doesn’t work I’ll try to find a more direct solution.

The reason I say to restart the game as it could be a back end or lag issue. Which restarting the game could help shake up. Also if you’ve unlocked stasis through the Beyond Light campaign recently it could also cause it to potentially bug. Releasing the DLC’s free like this could cause some hiccups.

I had a bug happen to me as well during the first part of the Desperate Measures mission, where after I got my Strand abilities, the ship that would fly by for you to grapple onto didn't appear — it was stuck in one part of the air, which made me not able to advance further since due to that, none of the combatants that would lower one of the shields after death didn't appear. When I restart the mission, it worked.
