Very dumbed down version: So its a story of a man and is Daughter. Her Father Leon and his friend ( Ezekiel) was a thief in the last city and would commit heists so they went outside the last city to escape the law. He met a woman (Maya) who was also a human that lived outside the city walls and the two got married and had the girl I drew named Agris. But tragedy would strike after an Eliksni would sneak into their house where an altercation would happen and lead to Maya's death, leaving both Leon and Agris to be broken and have a huge distrust of the Eliksni.

Odd mine has been one shotting in gms but I am using a single surge mod. Feel like that's a pretty worth way to use it

This comes off weird and gives no reasoning so I'ma actually explain my thought process.
It's an arc glaive and most people use elemental weapons that match there subclass so under that assumption you are on arc and arc has super easy access to running at least 1 surge mod in combo with elemental charge because of how many ionic traces arc can produce.

If not that combination then just the fact that you have frenzy on it and using it in a gm environment will mean that you are almost always in combat and frenzy will almost always be proced.

Under either scenario or even both you have enough dmg per shot to easily one shot redbars so the extra DMG against majors which at least personally is where I think glaives fit the best would be a bit more optimal.

An example of this exact setup of using either ionic traces or frenzy with that exact glaive and I use this in gms almost constantly. So the backup to my claims is just... I use this a lot and have tested both specs and major just... Gets more use overall

Only time I see major spec failing in place of minor is at the start of an engagement when neither a surge mod or frenzy are procced however most engagements lead in with ability setup to get to a favorable position and by then you will have been in combat long enough for frenzy or have gotten an orb or an ionic trace to get the dmg rolling

They are really good but are also a major trade off. Most good weapons are in the energy slot and all glaives are in said same slot. You need a great kinetic, strand, or stasis weapon to make up for it but the utility/dmg resist/easy revive potential which better players can make more use of. They are also great in ability spam setups where weapon dmg isn't as needed (don't get me wrong though they bring the dmg) and you can get away with not running a standard ad clear weapon.

Tldr some weapons offer great utility but not many players know how to make the most of that trade off.
