Hey all, I haven't played since Witch Queen. All my weapons have 10 power level on them. My vault is full. I am just running around until the June drop when I will purchase the content bundle and start playing seriously. Can I clean out my vault or are the items in there worth keeping around to use in some way? Any advice on what to do with current gear would be appreciated!

Your main source of XP to progress it is in the form of the portal order system. There are six objectives in there (three rotate daily and three weekly). They simply do not give enough to get even close to that in 9 days. If, however, you do own the pass in some fashion, most of the content [in the pass] will be available after the fact through the Monument to Seasons Past kiosk where all previous passes can be found.

Stuff like shaders, cosmetics, the armor set, a few weapons I think, and the exotic and catalyst, will all be available later

thats the vanguard alert drop, if a weapon is featured as vanguard alert weapon all that means is that it can drop with an extra origin trait

the weapon itself can drop whether its vanguard alert or not

bonus focus is different and is an extra drop for regular activities in the portal, which changes daily

today Psi Aeterna is not a bonus focus weapon

ayo i cant find a way to begin the final shape episodes Echoes, i finished the main story. i also did the intro mission to renegades and edge of fate in case they were interfering. alas i got nothing. i do own all the episodes. there is no quest in the lost quest kiosk in tower. failsafe on nessus has nothing for me. there are no missions on nessus

Getting one person up to speed is really not that bad and worst case most encounters can be done mechanically with like 3 people so it's always possible to drag someone through their first clear

But idk just be willing to learn and pay attention and you'll be fine

The hard part will be getting used to the timing of stuff sometimes and that just takes repetition
