450 is about when it becomes possible to reasonably hit but you'll need modifiers to do it until you go higher

1. You can infuse gear to higher level so keep ones with good stat distributions.

2. It's up to you. You can if you want the story to make bit more sense but it isn't necessary

3. Item level drops on highest level character so focus on one until you are happy with It's level, then the other 2 should be easier to level

I only use Linux and can play almost anything. However, I absolutely have to use Windows in a dual-boot setup for Destiny. So I’m installing Windows just for one game. Everything else runs smoothly on Linux. Even WoW, Diablo and Wargaming games, as well as World of Tanks. In other words, there are plenty of games that use the same anti-cheat system and are playable on Linux, except for Destiny.

It’s fine once you’ve got it installed. But you’ll get banned by Bungie if you play on Linux. Or rather, by the anti-cheat system.
