It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.

Unfortunately, Bungie kinda broke a bunch of stuff with the addition of the portal and messed with dozens of sources, making it more unreliable now. You can search up "combat bow" in the search bar, but I really wouldn't trust anything with a higher Season number than Season 23. If something says "Season of _ activities", you probably can't get it. If it says "Episode __ activities" you probably can get it through Xur. https://d2foundry.gg/

You should definitely just get the GoS bow, it’s such an incredibly easy raid at this point. The mechanics are about as simple as they get, comms aren’t even required it’s so simple. It’s arguably easier than VoG if you’ve done that already.

Assume you only have around 450 points to throw around.
Paragon does Super and Melee in that order so that should at least cover your favs

I’m fairly certain you can hit him twice before he’s immune again

Would still if you dont need abilities suggest to swap super during dps for praxic cause you weaken with super, dont really need to apply weaken on every hit in case you run the impact core if you want to be a bit more optimal
