there are other things that can improve health and grenade regen, which subclass specifically do you want

You can't get it from your subclass on prismlock without the aspect. There's a weapon exotic (buried bloodline) and an armor exotic (secant filaments, which is on the exotic class item) which can give you devour elsewhere but that obviously requires you to make sacrifices for your build

It's probably the score bug where you're scoring way lower than you should be which makes it not drop, that's why people have issues with encore as well
