100+ weapons is a bigger difference for higher damage weapons

whats happening is that the damage boost at 180 is so small that it doesnt even register as a new number

If you’re below the activity cap you can increase the delta.
Example: Ultimate has 500 power enemies, the power cap is 470 though (-30 Delta). However you can still access Ultimate as soon as you reach 451, which would put you at a -50 delta.

If you’re in the activity already you can drop your power level to the point enemies become immune.

TL;DR Deltas only stop over leveling the activity.
