you dont have to spend them, they arent going anywhere
also if you did want to masterwork armor, its best to keep in mind the set bonuses aswell, techsec being not that great for pve

if you wanted to min max youd only masterwork god rolled tier 5 armor with a set bonus you want such as Smoke Jumper or Aion Adapter (ideally a 2 piece of each)

You can masterwork T4 sets until you have a good T5 one. Just use d2armorpicker so you make a good build and don’t waste mats on pieces that don’t work

If you stay with them and get loot at the end after seeing them use cheats then yes, you could face a possible ban. There’s evidence of this with the last world’s first raid race where 70% of people who completed the raid were with a cheater & got banned for it.

It’s best to leave immediately if you see somebody cheating, it’s just not worth the risk.
It’s a bit different if matchmaking stuck you with them as that’s not your fault, but you should still leave as soon as you notice it & report them.

With all that in mind, the likelihood of you getting banned after reporting them is slim to none.

Trials & Raids are a bit more strict when it comes to cheating, as you can tell long before you get your loot that they’re cheating. So if you stay with them that suggests you willingly participated in a cheat carry.
