Fragments are pretty much just a glimmer investment. Specific exotics are a bit rougher if you don't have a bunch of ciphers on hand. Warlock can get away with like Speaker's Sight/Starfire Protocol and Sanguine Alchemy for damage. Titans can get away with Skullfort for neutral and Cuirass for damage.

That's not at all how it works, no.

If it works the way it used to, you get one chance for each raid/dungeon exotic per class per week.

If it doesn't work the way it used to, you have infinite chances, but so far there haven't been wide reports of folks getting raid/dungeon exotics after their first clear of the week.

You can get a rose from the gunsmith for free which is a good pvp hand cannon to play around with a get a feel for it, and you can pick up a shotgun called fellwinter's lie from the monument to lost light. not meta by any means but that's a fine combo to just learn on

at 450 u still get T4s from solo ops but i noticed i get T5s from crucible on wins

i will however recommend you wait to buy a DLC until
1: you conclude this is a game you like, and you will play frequently enough and long enough that youre willing to spend money on it
2: a sale occurs

Just doing random lost sectors on their own does nothing special WRT exotics

You need to be >= 200 to see them and closer to 240 to do them without hating life

And even from Expert sectors, the engrams aren't guaranteed, but they're at least an intended drop.

I know my way around the first portion of the Dungeon, Enemy Spawns, Conduit Links and Wiring Cables, Etc, Though, The rewards I’m getting are only the Headgear, Over, and Over, And Over again, and I continue to reset my progress to see if that will fix the continuous loot spawn of the helmet but, again, I keep getting the Helmet with the first Loot Chest that spawns as a reward for completing all four puzzles lol.

Part 3 of Message: Getting the Cloak is my primary goal, as it is my final wishlisted item to become and addiction to my armory, as I am a Western Fan, However, I am stuck. I would greatly appreciate assistance from anyone who has the Dungeon Key to The Spire Of The Watcher, and would appreciate anyone who is willing to pack their patience with me and help me get this cloak.
