Do not carry a full 63 bounties into a new release

Your odds of breaking stuff for yourself is high if you max out. Bungie does not actively prevent bounty hoarding but they do not do anything to support it. Multiple seasons and I think an expansion folks who went in with no room couldn't start the new story stuff because the quest couldn't get auto-added on login.

as it currently does do a lot of damage on its own and being able to throw out more of them without using a solar weapon (which already wasnt that much of a problem with weapons like sunshot or abberant anyway) will make it work with basically any build
