Any where you can farm a bunch of ads. The start of Grasp of Avarice, Altars of Sorrow, the Thrallway in Shattered Throne, Shuro Chi in the Last Wish, the other Thrallway in King's Fall, etc. Of those, only Altars of Sorrow and King's Fall are free-to-play, though it takes some set up for King's Fall and Altars of Sorrow might have other people with you. Shuro Chi and Shattered Throne both require Forsaken, and Grasp of Avarice requires the 30th Anniversary. To my knowledge these are the only realistic farming options.

It depends on what you mean by "better".

If you're new to raiding altogether, it is extremely beneficial and highly recommended to find a "Sherpa" to teach you the raid. Most Sherpas will organize a group either filled with other new players and potentially some patient helpers to explain the raid, help correct any mistakes, and give little tips throughout.

However, it's not their job to hard carry you through the raid, you also need to put in some work. Generally, it's good to run a build with a lot of survivability while you're learning, since deaths can cause a domino-effect and easily lead to wipes/restarts. It's also extremely important you have weapons that are specifically for boss damage (DPS), though which ones you should use depend on all sorts of factors. If you're not sure, ask the Sherpa ahead of time and they can help you pick one.

If it's not your first time and you just want to generally improve, be it with DPS or understanding more roles than just add clear, there quite a few approaches. Firstly, look up commonly run strategies for the raid you're interested in and make sure you have the necessary Exotics to make that happen. Could be as broad as having Gjallarhorn/Divinity/Tractor, could be as niche as having a Verity's Brow setup for Atheon (VOG).

Learning the different roles in each encounter helps you fully understand what and why certain things are happening in that encounter. This allows you to capitalize on things going successfully (better prepared going into damage phases, completing/prepping mechanics early, overall smoothness, etc), as well as knowing how to navigate and and correct mistakes on the fly. Also, it means your runs will generally be faster and smoother since you won't have to sit around for 10 minutes before each encounter trying to get enough people on roles to start.

Learning damage rotations can be a huge improvement to your ability as a raider. Sure, you can potentially clear the fight if you ammo dump Microcosm into the boss, but you can clear much quicker (or carry other players' lacking DPS) by learning what is meta and practicing it.

In that same vein, prepping specialized loadouts can be another big way to improve. While you can certainly clear most raids on a single build, having at least one loadout for neutral gameplay (that can clear adds and generate ammo/super) and one for DPS (set up to maximize damage) can give you quite a big edge once you get comfortable switching. Additionally, like I mentioned earlier, having certain boss/role specific loadouts can also make a big difference for specific encounters.

Lastly, the best way to improve is to simply just raid more. The more time you spend in each encounter and interacting with better players, the more you will learn.

Some times certain weapons will drop with a red border on them. For most weapons, you will need five. Once you get five, you can go to the Relic on Mars in Savathun's Throne World to craft any version of the weapon you want. You must extract the pattern for crafting from the red border in order to do so. You can go into the red border weapon and select the reddish box at the bottom that should give you an option to extract the pattern or you can delete the weapon and it'll auto extract it.

For Half-Truths, yes. For The Other Half, just once will work. You can also use a Deepsight Harmonizer on craftable weapons that are not red borders to give them one

It's a weird system haha. Most weapons need 5 puzzle pieces to make, but a few here and there only need 3 or 1. You can check in the "Collections" menu to see how many you need and what your current progress is. Or you can use a website like Engram.Blue.

Have you tried checking the LFG Discords? Both popular ones have sections where you can request a Sherpa to teach you. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend joining a Clan. There are many that do teaching runs to help new and returning players try out the different raids.

I can understand the some of the raid mechanics seem daunting, especially if you've only watched videos of the encounter and don't have a lot of experience yourself. Personally I'd highly recommend the Vault of Glass and Deepstone Crypt. Not only do they have some of the easiest mechanics to learn, but they also drop some of the best raid rewards in the game.

Also, raids aren't the only end game activity. If you already like Nightfalls, you could try to ramp up the difficulty a bit and try GM Nightfalls. A lot easier to find groups for as well. If you want to stay solo, you could give solo Master Lost sectors a shot.

GMs tend to reward Exotics with decent rolls, so you could try farming those and hope for something good. Otherwise you're stuck doing Focused Decryption at Rahool. Personally I wouldn't bother with either of these as we approach the armor changes with the Edge of Fate update.

Again, I don't think it's really worth farming at the moment. But if you're dead set on it, you can either farm for Resilience + Discipline / Strength for the current stat system. Mobility will become Weapon, so a lot of people are prepping armor for that since anticipated to be strong, but nobody actually knows what will be meta. Alternatively, new armor will only drop with certain archetype distributions, so some people are trying to farm armor outside of those distributions hoping that it'll be unique from the conversions. Again, we don't know how exactly the system will work, so that might all be a waste.

It's mostly used for PvP. It's got a unique function to change from a Pulse Rifle of either 2 or 4 burst into an Aggressive Frame Sniper, but no inherent damage perks outside of that.
And, Presage is an Exotic Mission for a different Exotic - Dead Man's Tale. Presage is one of the easier Exotic Missions, but they each have a fair bit of difficulty, for a newer player.

Very fun mission, though.

Also it depends on what exacty you mean by season rewards

If you mean the season pass rewards, you can only claim rewards you earned, so if you didn't play during Echoes or Revenant, you'd only be able to claim the Rank 1 reward

That is of course assuing you're talking about TFS Annual Pass and not The Year of Prophecy
