His weapon doesn't have mod slots

But he has a 5 second uv light perk

Try carrying a uv bar for the final floor

When the boss reaches the second phase, wait at the ceiling door on the second building where the volatiles spawn from and throw the bar at it right when they come out

You got6a bow after the quest you runs away from Waltz. Your only way to get6a crossbow is to give the city parts to the Peacekeepern.
You can get a crossbow also from the outpost or the shop. In the shop you get second best in the game

Crossbow is acquired when you give 4 facilities to peackeepers. For a bow, you get one after completing the let's waltz quest, then you get a bow in the mount lucid observatory (you'll have to climb it and reach the tallest dome)

For a stronger bow, you'll have to try your luck with legend boxes or the GRE aberration chest I believe

I don't think there is any like hidden strong weapons. Just do bandit camps,military containers and gre chests. In Central Loop is where you can find some more stuff and get most of the easter egg stuff

There are 14 lootable airdrops with Military tech per playthrough. 14 military tech will be enough to max upgrade all 3 Nightrunner tools as long as you upgrade the UV Flashlight last. If u upgrade it before upgrading the glider or grappling hook, then 14 Military tech won't be enough

yeah they're pretty useful

you can get out of grabs quickly

while stealth attacking someone with knife there's a skill you can get so that you throw a knife after you kill one and then kill him too

Those are the only reason I use throwing knives and I haven't upgraded them once

Yes, all inhibitors are enough to have all skills released.

you will need a NG+ in order to collect the ng+ 30 new inhibitors and that will allow you to max out both stamina and health

ive used the same mods you have. im not sure which one of the two cause it exactly, but ive had that as well. its most likely the same mod that turns gre aberrations purple. if you want to see exactly which one is causing that, remove both mods from the mod order, and pick one of the two to load and check
