You’re missing out. I would recommend it. It does feel small in comparison to DL2, but you’ll at least put 80 hours into it if you want to platinum the game like I did.

I usually enjoy the gameplay itself quite a bit so I'd probably put more into it, just getting finished with DL2 I feel like it's too early especially after replaying DL1. I don't want to burn myself out of the series because I do enjoy hopping on to play from time to time even if it's for a game of hellraid or bozak horde.

Next time it's discounted I'll probably end up picking it up and playing it, might enjoy it more after they've had some time to polish the game out like I did with DL2.

well pretty much, theres a whole ranged gear set. if you get together a good set with high dmg numbers, it kinda makes bows OP. to an extent, you gotta have a better bow and better set for nightmare. but on its own, i'd say its as viable as any other set.

Never thought I'd see someone struggle for scrap, I found the stuff laying all over the place. On zombies, in chests, trashcans as Emi said, sold by vendors, rewarded from loot boxes, Tower Raid, etc...

I maxed out how much I could carry in my first 2 hours of playing just from the trashcans alone sitting all over the place outside if even that. Enough so I just stashed an entire stack into my stash for extra.

btw if you want an efficient spot that you can farm constantly in horseshoe the pin points are not exact location for them but near them total accounted green garbage bin is 40 no trash cans/ small one near benches or post accounted just those huts with garbage bins so if every bin gives 25 scraps you can possible get 1k scraps everytime you visit these spots

What I would of wanted the map to have is a way between Villedor and Central loop.

id say it makes it worse. in the grand scheme of things, its just all reused, copy and pasted stuff. even at a further view, its just green slop with barley any different vegetation, and plain/boring rooftops.

it definitely is good enough for a game where the main traversal option is parkour, so its easy to gloss over.

but i would've taken a smaller map if it meant better design and details, while still having that same parkour aspect.

its not a horrible map, but its not good either. it has some decent things in it.

I think they use prefab style stuff, so a level designer puts together say a 50x50 meter chunk of street from the parts they’ve got and then it’s reused occasionally. I’ve seen one section where it’s reused almost straight away so you’ve got the street a tiny break and it repeats again. I think with cities it’s so recognisable that you can see it easily unlike say horizon zero dawn where it’s all forest or desert and isn’t as easy to spot

yeah copy and pasting isn't exclusive to dl2 by any means, its a common practice. but devs for certain games use it to an extent where its essentially not very noticeable. but for dl2, they just said fuck it throw it in the generator and hope it comes out okay.

In game bows are going to level9 artifact rarity...from legend level chests you can get legendaries or exotics or from game store/bundles legendaries too/

Good and Bad, I scrapped it after realizing how "buggy" it felt that 10% chance of weapons wasn't worth keeping for scrap atleast for a veteran account, I don't need low end weapons haha, it's very good for new players I'd assume

I'm a lootaholic so it's very dangerous

"buggy" as in, loot wouldn't get picked up cause weapon inventory is full making loot bags float in air

I have the blueprint. When you open the crate, it will look like there is only 1 item, however the blueprint is actually in there, but it is buried under the snow texture in the crate. It is in the same place of where the present normally is.
