there are white candies, which you can get from any green zombie, and there are the golden ones which you can only get from the ones in the Tower Raid game mode

He only levels up when you do his bounties. There are ones that give you 250 points and update hourly, and there are ones that give you 1250 points and they update weekly.

you should work on the hourly bounties first and then do the weekly ones and then return to the hourly ones after they're updated to maximize how much you level him up

You have this week and there's next week, which is the last week of the event. If you wanted to do the event within the last week, you'd really have to grind those hourly bounties

We are so not getting both charms (they should because they set up that failure from the beginning) , because they severely underestimated how many people actually play or tolerate tower raid vs base game it compliments the game nicely but the grind doesn't/repetitiveness and then the candies on regular Halloween infected are badly balanced lol not looking forward to custom maps either. They're usually laggy jank with janky menu ui. (worse on console) maybe the drop rates will be tolerable at least for another week of no loadout of our own to use.

Yeah they really underestimated how not many play this because of the grind and even then the candy given is not as much as base game...watch it be 45 million again for custom maps which I'm not thrilled for. They're janky sometimes laggy and weaker loadouts (I dont mind it with tower raid loadouts) but custom maps I only ever do for bounty then quit before finishing the bounty. So I'd like to see any charms we don't get, get rewarded for their fault of not giving the week 2 and 3 challenges reasonable numbers at the end. They should've just did a combined total of 45 million for this week.

am i crazy or when doing challenges in DL2 you dont get all the legend poits how you supposed to do? I got first platinum medal for challenge, and instead of getting 13k points i got 4k

Has anyone else experienced the volatile phase of tower raid bugging out during their rooftop?
I had the volatile stuck inside the little building, I tried repeatedly to hit them with slam, it didn't work.
I decided to just kill the Aberration by getting on to their platforms, but to my surprise when the Aberration died, the raid didn't end because my objective was still kill the volatile.

Maybe we add a trigger to detect the death of the boss? I don't feel like ignoring the subobjective should matter this much.

1/4th of ppl to me I feel play tower raid, due to its length/grind (the XP should be half’d) it’s a nice compliment ontop of the base game when you’re tired of that but the lack of self loadouts that I know people cling to when it’s not a problem don’t play it due to that. So Idkn what they were thinking for the number goals this week. And custom maps are played even less (they’re buggy laggy and tbh suck to play, no loadouts either) probably will have terrible candy balance like tower raid, another 45 mil goal probably to where again we’ll get one charm and any charms we didn’t get probably won’t be given as bonus and go away till next year…

So if you can’t tell I’m annoyed with how they are doing week 2 and 3 😅

I hope theres a chance to get the last two because I doubt unless they drop the 45mil number down for week 3 that we'll get both as I don't know if the candy balance will be any better for the custom laggy buggy maps that I only ever do for pilgrim bounties lol. Tower raid was not a good farm for them. I like tower raid but I know people dont like the length or no loadouts and custom maps well as you said are played even less and I know im not farming them outside the base game/tower grind with meh items. Maybe they'll see a pitty goal for any charms gotten. Have they ever not reached a hoilday goal? does the stuff go on pilgrim outpost or comes back all the way next year..

I should add the 1 candy per regular and viral halloween infected was very badly balanced if this is how it was last year if they dropped there like that.

They do give the charm of the winning team so at least we are getting one. Not looking forward to next week because I don’t enjoy custom maps. I appreciate the effort involved in making them but having all my weapons and skills taken away from me isn’t something I find fun

I also didn’t really enjoy tower raid because I will always think it stupid not being able to use rewards from the Halloween event in a Halloween mode

Yeah that's fair I know effort goes into them but on the console side of them I personally don't feel they are that great performance wise. I get why they do the loadout stuff but don't think its as effective to farm stuff compared to tower raid. Would've been cool if the weapons could've been found or bought in the chest. I like tower raid but as I said not many do it because its grindy and the candy this week was just not good lol

Well for 1 DL2 has ng+ and legend levels and 2 DL2 has more to do, until they actually release more stuff for DLTB it will always be put on the back burner unfortunately.

Most people I'm sure have already beaten dl2 though, sure you have legends but other than that there's not much, the bounty agents aren't fun or enticing... so I really don't see a reason
