Yea it’s a glitch where certain animations will completely break and disable my ability to dodge when I have certain weapons out. I figured out how it triggers so I can avoid it but it’s been annoying me since launch because it involves not changing around the loadouts but I like making use of the loadout system

Did the same, but only opened tower raid chests, never seen one hacker axe, even in a lower rarity, like legendary, it's quite weird. Also, I did not find any evidence of this weapon on the internet, not even a reddit post

I don't think that's happening to DL2 specifically as it has its own PVE game mode, but DLTB could have that

They did change the rewards for Sola so you have more rewards to grind for
