I've seen it yeah. I honestly love it. It has 3x the detail of DL2. And the sound effects (at least from what the trailer showed) are VERY well done imo lol. Especially with this small detail of entering a dark area. It's small. But I love it lol. Plus the zombies look and SOUND angry

if u experience some Textures and shadow flickering, it is a known bug from a couple of updates ago (at least that is when it started for me). It has to do with Dx12.
There are ways to decrease that flickering by setting the Antialiasing option to Stable and setting the Ambient Occlusion option to Medium if it was on High.
Using Dx11 rendering will remove all flickering so u can use High and very high settings but Dx11 will cost u some 5-10% of FPS
