Initially I thought that textures flickering after the last hotfixes was because of XeSS I've selected for upscaling so I switched back to FSR2 which didn't fix the problem. Issue was with Dx12 rendering that was screwed up with last hotfixes. Had to select Dx11 and flickering is gone for good, but FPS sometimes drops to 50 while loading. With Dx12 and XeSS - Quality FPS was always 60 and never went under

Also keeping NVIDIA Reflex on so no lag/responsiveness or floating parkour issues. On Dx12 and XeSS I didn't need to have NVIDIA Reflex activated
