Ahh , so for that 40% to have any effect you need to put either an electro, fire or bleed mod on your weapon

So whenever you inflict that damage effect it'll boost your damage to that Target

So if your weapons are built to those effects it "could be good"

Personally two handed weapons are too clunky and slow for me though, I use either one handed slash or one handed blunt weapons with either fire or electro damage mods on it

Fast attacks, easy to dodge heavy enemy attacks, move back in for more hits
