The ones in Slums you need are Bright Mountain Tunnel, Chemical Storage, Stuffed Turtle, Sunny Apartments and Underground Parking. In Old Town you need New Antalya Apartments, Parking Lot and Striped Dragon. Those are the 8 you need for the achievement.

People also gotta remember Sony's slowly moving away from exclusivity they are straight up going in Xboxes footsteps as they didn't fully jump in until 2 years ago it was a slow gradual shift first to PC then PlayStation and we are seeing that with Sony first PC now 1 or 2 normally Sony locked games on Xbox
People just need to face it pure exclusivity when making something like a PS5 or Xbox Series console just isn't viable anymore Nintendo is the only one that could get away with it because it's not highly expensive hardware
